Gazebo design and production for Aire Rivers Trust

Background

The Aire Rivers Trust is a charity dedicated to improving the River Aire and its catchment.  Part of a national network of Rivers Trusts, each of which work to improve their river for people, wildlife and the environment.

The requirement

The trust regularly interacts with members of the public at events within the river Aire catchment.

The trust identified a need for a high quality and substantial gazebo in order to improve their “visibility” and the quality of engagement at these events.

The solution

I worked with the trust to establish the right size of gazebo for their needs.

I then sourced high quality components and presented a fully costed solution.

Upon approval, I designed the 3m x 4.5m gazebo to convey key messages within the established brand style.

The design consists of a fully branded top and canopy, outer side and back walls and an inner back wall. The inner back wall features a map of the catchment and the nature to be found. In addition, the outer side graphics are reversible, so they can be shown inside the gazebo if desired.

A call to action is repeated throughout the design to encourage participation by sponsorship or volunteering.

All images and graphics were checked in order to ensure a high quality finish when printed at such a large size.

The components were delivered to client with carry cases and weights … to deadline and budget.
