“Beauty & Beasts of the river” educational card game

Genie Creative were recently commissioned by Don Catchment Rivers Trust (DCRT) to create a fun learning game to send out to families during Covid19 lockdown.

Beauty & Beasts of the river is a Top trump style card game for 2 – 4 players and aims to educate young children on the wildlife living in or on our local rivers.

Each pack contains 36 creature cards and a game rules card.

The 36 game cards feature one creature and its characteristics. The art of the game is to identify the one characteristic that “trumps” all others in order to win all the cards.

Volunteers from DCRT delivered the cards to foodbanks and libraries for sending out to families with young children during lockdown.
