Logo design … like waiting for a bus!
It seems ages since I last had an opportunity to create a logo and then three turn up like London buses!
First off the mark: MFH PPE & Workwear
Over the past six months, I have been working closely with the marketing team at MF Hire Ltdto develop a sub-brand aimed at establishing a strong presence in the highly competitive Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) market.
A key part of this initiative has been designing a sub-brand logo that maintains a clear visual connection to the parent company, while also communicating a distinct and compelling delivery message.
Fare play to: Roots in the River
The Aire Rivers Trust recently commissioned me to create a logo for their exciting new project “Roots in the River”.
The project will connect new communities to the natural and industrial heritages on the River Worth, Fagley Beck and other smaller becks in the West of Bradford.
The project will help them understand the history of their beck, why it was and is important, and upskill them to be able to look after it.
Lead the way: River Beane Flagship Programme
The River Beane Restoration Association is helping to lead the way alongside Affinity Water, Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust and the Environment Agency.
Together, the partners share an ambitious yet essential vision: that by 2050, the River Beane will be formally designated and recognised as a leading example of chalk stream restoration, ecological recovery, and community value.
Key objectives include enhancing flow and hydrological conditions to sustain a thriving ecosystem, alongside restoring the river channel, banks, and floodplain habitats. This work will help support iconic chalk stream species such as Brown Trout, Water Voles, and Water Crowfoot.
it’s fare to say (pun intended) that I am absolutely delighted to be asked to create the logo for this hugely important project.
