Rebrand

Genie Creative are delighted to have recently completed a Rebrand for Sheffield-based property management company – The House Company.

Based in Sheffield, the House Company offer operational, administrative and financial management services to properties of all sizes. They are experienced in providing bespoke block management & maintenance services for each particular property. They do this by tailoring services to meet the specific needs of both long and short term investors.

Our brief was to develop the existing logo so that it is more legible and contemporary whilst maintaining a clear visual link to the old. In addition we were required to create a new brand style applied across a suite of marketing and display materials, including: stationery, leaflets, folder, website, pull up banner stands as well as promotional “give away” items.

The new brand style features a honeycomb graphic device which we developed as a visual metaphor for ‘home’ and also to emphasise the company’s dedication to hard work. This is supported by a montage of key phrases in the shape of a tower block. Both graphic devices are used throughout the marketing materials.

A key requirement of the brief was to deliver all the marketing materials in time for “The property Investor and Homebuyer Show” event. A very tight deadline given the broad range of marketing items but one which we met with ease through careful planning and excellent client liaison.

Our client is delighted with the new brand and, in particular, the fact that everyting was delivered on time, to a very high standard and within budget.
